Customers Fault Description : Complete loss of power
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Jukebox remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal operation. The remote was opened to check for defects but no issue could be found.
The remote was then tested over a 3 day period at random intervals with not faulkt being replicated.
The code being sent on each button press was also confirmed to be correct.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
