Reich GmbH Repair
After replacing the battery in the remote, the 9v battery connector came loose. I have replaced this but found that the film ribbon cable from the front button board will now not stay in its connector on the main board. As a result, the whole remote is dead - no power light, even when I hold the cable in place.

The two on and off buttons will not switch on the remote, we have tried changing the batteries but this has not solved the problem. It is very intermittent as sometimes it will work but only after a lot of attempts.
