Customer's Fault Description
The remote screen was flickering and eventualy stopped working.
(Changed batteries, cleaned some of the corrosion).
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Smart Thermostat Remote Control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.
The internal battery terminals were corroded from a battery leak, these were replaced but then it was found that the regulator was faulty. A replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
