Customer's Fault Description
None of the buttons are operational, I have tried to clean the terminals and have also checked the batteries.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Beolink 1000 remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to not transmit on each button press.

Unfortunately it was found to transmit erratic IR code just by waving the remote around.  This was found to be due to a breakdown in one of the main ICs which has made a repair not possible. 

This item was disposed of as per the customers email request 5th Jun 2024
