HULSTA RUMAT Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : HULSTA RUMAT
Customers Fault Description : NO ACTION ON ANY OF THE THREE POSITION UP/DOWN BUTTONS HOWEVER, THE GREEN LIGHT LIGHTS UP AND STAYS LIT UP WHEREAS ON THE WORKING REMOTE IT ONLY LIGHTS UP WHEN A BUTTON IS ACTIVATED.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This bed remote control arrived safely and on inspection there was a small amount of contamination over some of the button pads / PCB array.
This is thought to have acted as if a button was short circuit. The PCB adn button contacts were all cleared of contaminants and then deoxit used to proterct the pads.
The customer is to test the remote out fully on return. The rest of the remote and cable were all tested as ok.
