Lg magic eye Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Lg

Model : magic eye

Customers Fault Description : Just seems to be to down volume button not working, feels like microswitch

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a non functioning volume down button.  This was due to contaminated button contacts.  The contacts were cleared of all contaminants which restored full functionality.

A replacement battery cover was supplied as the original was damaged and we had a spare handy.
