Remote fell heavily on hard floor and will now only ignite the fire if placed very close to the receiver

This Remote for a Gazco Huntington 30 gas fire arrived safely and on testing was found not to transmit a signal.

This was due to a faulty US transducer, once a replacement was fitted full functionality was restored.
