VALOR Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : ON/OFF BUTTON will not work even with new batteries
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This heater remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to transmit on all buttons as per normal operation. The code being sent was confirmed to be correct on each button press.
The remote was then tested over a 3 day period at random intervals with no fault being found.
