Customer's Fault Description
The ‘up’ and the ‘down’ button have worked now and again for a while but now nothing is working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Window remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have sluggish button response.

When opened the button pads / PCB were found to have a sticky contamination present.  The CPB and button pads were cleared of all contaminants which restored full functionality
