Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Gazco remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on all buttons as per normal operation. The codeset being transmitted was also confirmed to be correct for this model (see image).
The remote was tested over a 3 day period at random intervals with no fault bewing replicated.
The customer is to re-test the remote ensuring that a 12 Volt battery is used (there are other batteries that will physically fit which will not work)
If the remote is tested with a quality fully charged 12 volt battery then it may be the heaters receiver that is at fault.
