Truma Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Truma

Customers Fault Description : Remote Control is increasingly often failing to connect and then dropping the connection even when close to the control unit.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This motor mover remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.

The terminals had signs of a battery leak, the contamination over the terminals was causing a low power feed.

The terminals were etched clean which restored full functionality.
