Customer's Fault Description
Remote does not switch on at all. No lights or clicking noises. Batteries and main unit have been checked.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor mover remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
One of the battery terminals had signs of a battery leak, the terminal was replaced but this was not the issue. The issue was caused by a faulty power switch. A replacement switch was fitted which restored full functionality.
