VELUX 2014-RC003-01 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Smashed screen. Believe the remote is working other than that.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have a shattered display, a replacement display was fitted from a scrap remote (brand new displays are not available as spares).  Full functionality weas restored.
