Customer's Fault Description
LCD screen blank so cannot see what I am controlling. Remote seems to work fine apart from that
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This window remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a non functioning display.
This was found to be due to the button membrane expanding over time and blocking the LCD connections. The button array was trimmed and when refitted full functionality was restored.
