No signal being sent. Battery OK red LED flashes but, door doesn't work. Switched also match other fob that does work.

Remote control not working/will not ignite fire. Battery indicator icon on remote shows as empty despite several new replacement batteries being tried. Remote was supplied with fire when newly installed (Nov 2016)

Lead came off battery conector wich I re-solderd back on. When battery re-inserted the charge level display shows “low level” and remote will not function.

Remote will turn on sometimes but not others, it was stored in caravan and tried for a while yesterday to turn it on but it wouldnt and new battery didnt help, its been in the car today and it turned on firt try (its been 26'C today so not sure if the heat has helped somehow?)

NO RESPONSE FROM REMOTE, EVEN AFTER FITTING NEW BATTERIES. OPENED BACK - FOUND RED WIRE OFF. RE-SOLDERED BUT NO FURTHER FORWARD. HOPING THAT YOU'RE ABLE TO REPAIR FOR US AS THESE REMOTE CONTROLLERS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE, EVEN THOUGH THE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT WAS FITTED NEW TO THE VEHICLE WHEN IT WAS NEW, IN 2017 ONLY 7 YEARS AGO!
