Celebrity Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Remote buttons not working ony 2 work cable frayed at one end
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Armchair remote controller arrived safely and on inspection the facia was peeled back and one of the buttons ripped from the button array. The cable was also found to be badly damaged.
The button array was replaced and then a replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind). The rest of the remote was then tested as ok.
