Customer's Fault Description
Remote control not working/will not ignite fire. Battery indicator icon on remote shows as empty despite several new replacement batteries being tried. Remote was supplied with fire when newly installed (Nov 2016)
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Valor Rocco HE gas fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have an erroneous battery indicator and weak signal.

This was due to a faulty voltage regulator, once replaced full functionality was restored.
