Willowbrook Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Willowbrook
Customers Fault Description : Cable deteriorated needs replacement and battery connector has fallen out and missing. Battery has not been sent.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This bed controller arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged cable, a replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind).
Please note that this remote does not take batteries as it is wired, there are no missing terminals. The same case is used on the wireless version which is why it has the compartment but it is not in use.
