Worcester Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Worcester
Customers Fault Description : Daughter threw remote at the wall, and now it doesn’t work at all.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Aircon unit remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.
On opening, unfortunately there were 2 large splintered cracks in the PCB which has cracked through the PCB and dual layered print (see image). Due to the damage a repair is not possible.
The total price as per our sites fixed price policy is £20 plus postage/packing (£26 in total) - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
