NO RESPONSE FROM REMOTE, EVEN AFTER FITTING NEW BATTERIES. OPENED BACK - FOUND RED WIRE OFF. RE-SOLDERED BUT NO FURTHER FORWARD. HOPING THAT YOU'RE ABLE TO REPAIR FOR US AS THESE REMOTE CONTROLLERS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE, EVEN THOUGH THE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT WAS FITTED NEW TO THE VEHICLE WHEN IT WAS NEW, IN 2017 ONLY 7 YEARS AGO! THANKING YOU IN ADVANCE.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This AirCon remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have a scrambled screen and non responding buttons.

When opened there was a large amount of solder covering the main IC and corrosion on both sides of the PCB.  The print was reworked and the solder safely removed, then the battery wires were replaced as they had internal corrosion.

This restored full functionality.
