Customer's Fault Description
Per tel call. Original charging cable has been tested and is 'shorting'. Other cable tried and not shorting but remote not charging up
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This golf trolley remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to not charge when using a USB charger.

This was found to be due to a faulty USB socket. A replacement socket was fitted which restored full functionality.
