Customer's Fault Description
New batteries installed but screen flickers - seems like a loose connection. Behind right battery plastic sheet seems to have curved stopping battery from sitting flat.
Same on both remotes.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These two Remotes for velux windows arrived safely and on testing both were stuck in a boot loop wit hthe logo flashing repeatedly.
One remote was hardware reset which restored ful funcitonality.
The second remote unfortunately is stil stuck in the boot loop and wont reset, this is a software issue which cannot be repaired.
The payment on this page is for the repair to one remote plus shipping.
