Adjustamatic Repair
The hand control only works intermittently. It is necessary to waggle the lead backwards and forwards to the correct position in order to make a connection. Chris at Recliner Repairs suggested you would be able to help. If you are as helpful as he has been then we can't go wrong.

New batteries installed but screen flickers - seems like a loose connection. Behind right battery plastic sheet seems to have curved stopping battery from sitting flat. Same on both remotes.

Henderson Sommer 4050 Repair
Something is draining the battery fast in this remote - I have to change the battery every 4 weeks or so. Also the operating range has become very short - I have to be right near the door for it to work. One of the buttons stopped working a while ago, now it has stopped working completely, even with a new battery.
