Customer's Fault Description
Remote not working correctly fails to engage when buttons are pressed forward and backwards work, right front works the others don't do anything, I bought the caravan and did not test this only when we tried using the control.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor mover remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged button facia with many of the directional buttons not responding.
The facia was peeled back and the PCB etched clean of all corrosion contaminates, then a replacement button facia and dome contacts were fitted which restored full functionality to all buttons.
