E Go Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Remote not working correctly fails to engage when buttons are pressed forward and backwards work, right front works the others don't do anything, I bought the caravan and did not test this only when we tried using the control.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This motor mover remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged button facia with many of the directional buttons not responding.
The facia was peeled back and the PCB etched clean of all corrosion contaminates, then a replacement button facia and dome contacts were fitted which restored full functionality to all buttons.
