ARCAM Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : ARCAM

Customers Fault Description : Remote not working at all. Remote not emitting any infra red.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Arcam Solo Stereo System remote control arrived safely and on testing weas confirmed to be dead.

This was due to the negative termianl having contamination from a battery leak, this was causing a resistance to the battery power.

The terminal was etched clear of all contaminants which restored full functionality.
