Model : YCT-100

Customers Fault Description : BUTTON PRESSES DONT WORK / WORK VERY OCCASIONALY Various buttons seem to have issues.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

Tis fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have sluggish button response.

All 5 buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
