The remote was dropped and then failed to work after, we tried changing the battery but still did not work
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Treadmill Remote Control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead wit ha new battery inserted.

On opening one of the terminals was found to be deformed (this usually happens when a battery is inserted upside down).  The terminal was reworked which restored full functionality. 

A CR2025 battery will be supplied fitted on return.
