Niagara Riser/Recliner Massage Chair Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Broken wires I think as there is no light coming on and none of the buttons working. Prior to this it was working as it should.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Niagara Riser/Recliner Massage Chair remote control arrived safely and on inspection the top screw fixture was broken from the case, there were scuff marks around the edge of the case and the bottom 2 screw cover was missing from an attempted opening prior to arrival with us.

The cable was badly damaged, a replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind)
