Customer's Fault Description
The LED,s seem to flash but does not control the extract fan.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Extractor Hood remote control arrived safely and on inspection the inserted battery was totally drained.
Once a charge battery was inserted the remote was found to be functioning as normal with a strong RF signal being present and the code set being transmitted being consistent with this model (see image).
The customer is to test the remote with a quality brand new battery on return (take care to ensure the battery is inserted correctly as these remotes are notorious for breaking when the battery is inserted upside down). If the remote does still not work its advised to try to "pair" the remote with the cooker hood again.
