Customer's Fault Description
Did work temporarily. Recently bought. Checked inside, looks a bit bodged in wiring. Think it should light up and volume. Nothing seems to work. Defo needs new battery connector, probably more. Board itself looks ok.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Caravan motor mover remote arrived safely and on testing was dead. The battery cable was found to be damaged but the issue was caused by a cracked LED (see image).
The battery cable and LED was replaced which then restored full functionality. The remote would power up on each Double power button press as normal.
The PCB was hot glued into position as the movement of the PCB is what destroys the LEDs
