Customer's Fault Description
Doesn’t respond when used, powers on ok but does not connect to control box in caravan (other remote works fine)
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This caravan motor mover remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to not power on using its double power button press, as this was non consistent with the customers fault description they were contacted and it was found that the remote would not power on using the power button double press and therefore would not power on ok as per the fault description. This was due to corrosion spots in the print from water ingress.
The print was reworked which restored full functionality to all buttons and a strong RF signal is present.
