Customers Fault Description : MINATURE PORTABLE EMITTER HAS 4 BUTTONS - WHEN PRESSED THE RED LIGHT SHOWS AND THEY OPERATE - THE TOP BUTTON NEAREST THE LIGHT DOES NOT SHOW AND WILL NOT RETRACT THE UNIT -I HAVE FITTED NEW BATTERY
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This awning remote control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a non responsive top button. This was due to a faulty button. A replacement button was fitted which restored full functionality.
