I dropped the hand set and the batteries fell out. Ever since it’s been temperamental. For example when I try to use it sometimes it won’t come on. Other times if I squeeze the back where the batteries go it helps. It’s as though something is loose. Also my heating has come on a couple of times even though the hand set states it’s off!

Cable has been pulled out of connector pin part. Hard to explain but it looks like the cable has been ripped out. My Dads chair was taken to the care home and the remote was missing when we collected the chair after he’d passed away. After many weeks they found the remote and it’s damaged hence me contacting you as we really want his chair working for my Mum to use and as a memory. Hope you can help

Becker Centronic Sun Wind Control SWC441 Repair
Prised it apart to change low batteries (didn't realise it had a sliding lid to batteries). Cannot put it together again so that it works, because cannot seem to keep buttons in correct position whilst trying to close 2 halves. So up/down buttons now hardly work & stop button doesn't work. May have damaged plastic lugs on sides of top and bottom halves when trying to press them together. It just needs putting together again, so that all 3 buttons work.

Velux 3LR A01 WW Repair
The controller doesn't power up - the screen is blank, and the buttons do not activate the window motor. There are no physical signs of damage, so it is potentially moisture-related as the window is in a bathroom. Alternatively, my son to the cleaning lady may have knocked it on the floor.
