Customer's Fault Description
Buttons seem to be stuck. The + and - as well as play/pause. This shows when battery is in the light stays on green instead of red as I believe it should be. I can feel the press on right and left but not on +- play/pause.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Remote control for S7 trolley arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a damaged button array.
These arrays are not available as spares. The facia was carefully peeled apart and reworked which restored full functionality. Please note that the facia has markings on it from the peeling apart (see image). This is unavoidable and doesn't effect functionality.
