Customer's Fault Description
Remote indicator in LCD seems like it is working but not received by the receiver.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Remote & Receiver arrived safely and on inspection the receiver was missing its battery cover.
When tested the remote was found to be transmitting as per normal operation.
Unfortunately the receiver has suffered a major battery leak which makes a repair to the receiver not possible (once these receivers suffer a battery leak they are not repairable as they can develop issues such as turning the heater on without intervention)
