Dometic Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Dometic

Customers Fault Description : Two of the four buttons do not work. Right hand side buttons functioning only. Battery terminals making poor contact.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Caravan Skylight remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have damaged battery terminals and two faulty buttons.

Custom spring terminals were fitted and the two buttons replaced.  Full functionality was restored.
