Customer's Fault Description
Remote not working at all. Batteries had leaked but were fairly new.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Arcam Stereo Amplifier remote control arrived safely and was confirmed to be dead.
On opening unfortunately there was a large amount of corrosion in the print from the battery leak (see image), this had effected the through board points which has made a repair not possible.
