Customer's Fault Description
kitten knocked remote control unit onto the floor. I have replaced the batteries without any success. none of the buttons work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This gas fire remote control arrived safely and on inspection there was a crack found on the bottom of the remote, this doesn't effect functionality and spare cases are not available.
On testing the remote was confirmed to be dead.
When the batteries were removed on of the terminals was found to be missing, this missing terminal was replaced which restored full functionality.
