Customer's Fault Description
I am able to use the remote to switch the fire, on and off. However, the function button does not appear to work proper and the function icons flash up on the fire screen, randomly. When the icons are on the screen I can change them to chooses what I want but it will not switch off, even when I press the button
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Celsi Electric wall Mounted Fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation on all buttons. The code being sent was confirmed to be corrrect.
The handset was opened to check for defects but again no issue could be found.
It is possible that the issue is the heater itself. This remote has been classed as no fault found.
