HSL Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : HSL
Customers Fault Description : Button for raising to have your feet up will no longer work. We used to be able to press it hard and it would do it. The other buttons work, but as my Husband needs to have his legs up we cannot get it to work now. Also the cable ner the remote has been worn away and my son tried to cover it for safety, just wondered if this also could be looked at.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Recliner Chair remote controller arrived safely and on inspection was found to have worn button contacts and a damaged cable. A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind) and then replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the main buttons. The resto f the remote was tested as ok.
