Powrtouch Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Powrtouch

Customers Fault Description : Caravan moves on it's own think there is a contact issue with the remote.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This motor mover remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting without any button being pressed.

This was due to contamination within the button array shorting our one of the buttons.

The facia was peeled apart and cleared of all contaminants. This restored full functionality.
