Hunter Douglas Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Hunter Douglas
Customers Fault Description : Batteries overheating when inserted, no longer functional
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Electric Blinds remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to heat up and not transmit.
On opening there was signs of liquid within the remote and a short circuit capacitor.
The capacitor was replaced and the PCB cleared of contaminants. Full functionality was restored (see image)
