Customers Fault Description : Either the remote control and / or receiver are faulty. The bulb on the remote does light when buttons are pressed although it flickers slightly. I suspect therefore that the issue is with the receiver box.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found to communicate and the receiver function as normal (as far as the communication functions).
As the communication protocol is functioning this item has been classed as no fault found.
