Customer's Fault Description
The button that doesn't work is the bottom left when chair reclines and feet go up. It did use to work but you had to press the button with much pressure. Other buttons work fine.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This recliner remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the main buttons.
The rest of the remote was tested as ok.
