Remote not switching on / working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Remote Control for an Electric Fire arrived safely and on inspection the battery housing had broken away from the PCB making the item dead. When opened one of the PCB mounting pins was also broken.

The battery housing was soldered back into place and a foam spacer fitted internally to hold the PCB in place.

This restored full functionality.
