Remote control won't turn on desite battery replacement.so will not start or shut off fire at all.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to power up as per normal and respond on each button press when unlocked.

The controller was tested over a weekend at random intervals with no fault being replicated.

A set of batteries will be supplied fitted on return.
