When I add the batteries the control lights up but doesn’t work
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover and bottom panel were both missing, these cannot be replaced as spares are not available.
On testing the remote was found to be responding on all buttons and a strong RF signal is present as per normal operation.
This iitem has been classed as no fault found.
Its important to note that the remote will not function until the time is set on the remote when adding the batteries.
