Manufacturer : tecalemit
Customers Fault Description : was constantly draining battery, then most buttons stopped functioning. I think button 3 top right might be stuck on.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing as found to transmit a signal without a button being pressed.
This was due to contamination within the button facia. The facia was peeled apart and cleared of all contaminants, this restored full functionality.
