The remote control no longer controls the gas fire. I have changed the batteries and it still does not work. I can control the fire from the built in control panel on the fireplace - so it seems to be a problem with communication between the remote and the fire. I can't tell whether it is the remote or the receiver on the fire that is causing the problem.

Not working - off button and standby button. These need to be pressed at the same time to ignite the flame. Not working - reduce and increase flame button. At the moment to get the fire to turn on we have to switch the blue tooth off at the electricity supple, wait 30 seconds and then push the two buttons simultaneously. However this takes a lot of moving the remote around to get a signal before the fire ignites. We have to repeat this process each time.
