Celebrity Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Celebrity
Customers Fault Description : Control has been opened previous owner said it was sticky looks like a type of glue has been used on the buttons part
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was dismantled prior to arrival with us.
The bottom right button had been ripped entirely from the housing. These buttons are not available as spares.
Silicon glue was used to fit the button back into the housing, this button will be "Stiff" but should work, the customer is to test the remote fully on return.
Replacement conductive pads were also glued under each of the main buttons due to worn button contacts which is most likely the original issue.
